Donate Items — Free Pickup
We are an upscale thrift store. We happily accept donated merchandise that is GENTLY used and in excellent condition. Our high-quality merchandise sets us apart from other thrift stores. That’s why we cannot accept broken, ripped, or damaged merchandise. Please help us maintain our high product standards by choosing carefully what you donate to the store. We gratefully receive all such merchandise at the 29th St. Southwest door during regular store hours. A donation tax form is available from us upon request. For drop-off: During business hours, please use the door on the Southwest corner of the building. The Donation Center is opens when the store is open and closes 1 hour before the store, closing at 6:00 pm Monday – Friday and 3:00 pm on Saturday. The store opens at 10:00 am Monday – Saturday except public holidays.
Free full-service pickup: Please call us at 616.942.2929 to schedule a pickup. We pick up large items, too — like ovens, sofas, pianos, boats, campers and autos. Other stores require you to “stage” your furniture items in the garage or on the front porch; Not us!. So give us a call and tell us what to expect; and we will come prepared with our hand-trucks, dollies, and personnel for your gently used and high-quality items and furnishings.
Items needed: People in our community need clothing, housewares, kitchenware, sporting goods, toys, electronic equipment. Others donations we receive include automobiles, boats, campers, and various other larger items. In these tough economic times there are individuals and families that truly need practically anything that you donate. Call us if you have questions.
